IMPORTANT: There is no on-site registration for competitors.


Advance Registration

Advance online registration must be submitted AND payment or signed district purchase order must be received or postmarked by deadline date of March 15, 2019, in order for your chapter to qualify for the advance registration. If any registration items are received after the deadline date your chapter registration would be considered as on-site registration and the on-site fee structure will be assessed.

There is no on-site registration for competitors all competitor registrations must be completed by March 15, 2019. You will have until March 21, 2019 to clear up any student deficiencies. Please contact tracyb@4arc.com or webmaster@ca-fccla.org for registration information.

Affiliated Chapters -- $289.00 per person
Non-Affiliated Chapters -- $339.00 per person
Teachers in training/Teacher Educators -- $289.00 per person
Honorary Members/Alumni/Guests -- $289.00 per person

Part-time Attendance Fees:

Advance daily registration is available at the following rates. Daily registration fees include all activities 
and all meals that occur as part of the conference program on that day.

Saturday, April 27, 2019 -- $75.00* per person
Sunday, April 28, 2019 -- $105.00* per person
Monday, April 29, 2019 -- $175.00* per person
Monday night Banquet ONLY -- $ 65.00* per person
Tuesday, April 30, 2019 -- $ 55.00* per person
*Non-Affiliated Chapters add $25.00 to each amount shown


On-Site Registration

On-site registration for the FCCLA State Leadership Conference will be available during the posted registration hours for members, advisors, and guests. Costs are substantially higher than the advance registration fees due to the higher costs incurred by the Association for last-minute additions to meals, materials, and activities. Costs for on-site registration include all meals and activities as outlined above under General Registration Policies.

All registration paperwork which is mailed in ahead of the conference bearing a postmark after the designated due date, will not be processed as advance registration. Instead, these materials will be held for the chapter at the registration desk in Fresno to be applied towards on-site registration fees.

On-Site Fees:

Full-time Attendance (Affiliated Chapters) -- $ 319.00 per person
Full-time Attendance (Non-Affiliated Chapters) -- $369.00 per person

Part-time Attendance:

Saturday, April 27, 2019 -- $100.00* per person
Sunday, April 28, 2019 -- $130.00* per person
Monday, April 29, 2019 -- $200.00* per person
Monday night banquet ONLY -- $90.00* per person
Tuesday, April 30, 2019 -- $80.00* per person
