For the delivery of California FCCLA items before the National Leadership Conference, please be sure to place your order by June 5, 2020. Orders that are not complete with payment by June 5, cannot guarantee delivery before the National Leadership Meeting.
 
For the delivery of California FCCLA items before the Regional Officer Training Conference, please be sure to place your order by July 1, 2020. Orders that are not complete with payment by July 1, cannot guarantee delivery before Regional Officer Training Conference.

Shipping & Handling Information

Shipping and handling charges are added to each purchase. You will need to be select the shipping and handling fees based on your zip code upon checkout. Charges are calculated using the United States Postal Service shipping tables which are based on distance, weight, size and shape of packaging. A base handling fee is added to each order to cover the costs of packaging and packaging materials, labor to pick and pack items, and fuel costs to transport to the local post office.

Warehoused vs Drop-Shipped

*Warehoused items are typically shipped within one business day after payment is received and are usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days.

**Drop-shipped items are typically shipped within 3 to 4 business days after payment is received and are usually delivered in 7 to 10 business days.

Of all the products California FCCLA makes available for sale, some are warehoused under our direct control, and others are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. California FCCLA personnel monitor the quantity of warehoused items on hand, restock these items, and pack and ship these items directly to the customer. 

Drop-shipped items are not ordered from the manufacturer until California FCCLA receives a paid order for the item. Then the order is forwarded to the factory where the item(s) is/are packed and shipped directly to the customer from the factory location.

ALL special order items are drop-shipped.

Warehoused items are typically packed, shipped, and delivered faster than drop-ship items.  Orders that include both warehoused items and drop-ship items will be delivered in multiple packages and at different times.
